2)Is the Payment Made by me and my Credit Card Details Secure?
Yes, the payment gateway integrated is of CCAvenue, which is a secure gateway verified by Verisign. They route your credit card information through very secure SSL to the authorization server. We don't store your credit card number and any other details. Its 100% secure to use.
3)When is my card charged?
Your card is charged after the order is shipped.
4) Is my personal details secure?
We have a well constituted & strict privacy policy which can be read by clicking here . In brief the policy states that: We don't share our customer data with anybody. We don't have any such so called partner sites with whom we share data. No unsolicited emails are sent from us. We send occasional emails to you to keep you informed about our services.
5)Is there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?
All the prices are inclusive of the delivery charges but there may be instances where the delivery may be beyond the range of our network(No Direct Florist Available and Travelling is involved to cater your order). Please ask before hand if the delivery is possible in that area and the delivery charges what ever is actual will be charged and will be intimated to you before the order is executed. We will execute the order if the Customer is Comfortable with the Delivery Charges; if not we will cancel the order and the whole amount shall be refunded.

Delivery all over India is free, i.e. there are no delivery or any other charges.
7)Can I order the flowers to be delivered the same day?
Yes, same day delivery is possible all over India if the order is placed on time. If you are trying to place an Order for Same Day Delivery latter than 1500 HRS IST; please call us or E-Mail us to inquire whether we can Deliver Same Day Or Not.
8)Can I send some message along with the Flowers?
Yes, you can send your personal message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.
9) How do I know if FloraPassionIndia.com has received my order?
As soon as we recieve an order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form. Also order status is updated in the order tracking section from Pending to Processing, the status can be checked there. Also after you make the Payment a Copy of Electronically Generated Bill from orders@ccavenue.com is automatically sent at your mail id which is your Payment Receipt.
10) I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email?
As soon as we recieve the order, an order confirmation email is sent and order status is created in your customer section. As we get Credit Card Authorization, the same is updated in the order tracking section and an email is sent to you. This may take few seconds to several minutes. If you have not received the email, you can verify the payment status through order tracking. Or you can email us on for any assistance.
11) How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked through the order tracking section after your secure login. The status is updated several times a day, so the order status shown here is pretty current.
12) How are the flowers delivered?
All the Fresh flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities and a strict guidelines and standard are maintained to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are upto the standard laid by the industry.
13) Where all can the delivery be made?
The delivery is possible in all major towns and cities of India and even in Villages.
14)Is the delivery possible on holidays?
Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.
15) How do I know if my order got delivered fine?
FloraPassionIndia.com guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email is sent to you confirming the delivery. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking section. Also if by any reason the order can not be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reported his delivery problem. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us to claim a non delivery with reference to your Order Number.
16) What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?
In rare cases like these, full amount will be refunded if the Product you Ordered were Flowers. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
17) When will the order be delivered, what time?
We can not guarantee the time of delivery, but the flowers will be delivered on the delivery date specified by you. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please mention it in the additional information box in checkout form or send us an email us. Our delivery staff will do their utmost to meet your delivery time request, but we reiterate that we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
18) What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?
In this case the delivery is made to the neighbors, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf.
19) How can I get personal assistance?
You can contact us through E-mail or through the Custom Order section section if you require any personal assistance from us.
20) Where can I enter special instructions?
If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number or address, kindly write in the additional information box provided in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then you can write the information in an email to with the order number.
21)How can I cancel or reschedule an order?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email at, atleast one day before the scheduled delivery date.
22) How can I change an order?
If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email , atleast one day before the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the items in the orders changed but due to legal contraints value of the order cannot be changed. For this order is to be cancelled and new order is to be placed.
23) Why are there two prices for each item?
We have two prices for each product, namely Regular Price and Combo Price.
Regular Price:
Regular Price is applicable till the time there is only one item in your shopping cart.
Combo Price:
The moment there are more than one item in your shopping cart, automatically the site forms a combo of these two or more items as chosen by you (called Auto Combo). And then the price applicable on all items is combo price which is lower of the two prices.
Since we save on logistics if you have more than one item in your order, we share the savings with you.
24) What is Auto Combo?
As soon as you purchase more than one item, an Automatic Combo is formed. That is, the price applicable on the products selected by you are the Combo prices (which are the lower prices), so with Auto Combo there is auto saving for you. We save on logistics and so we share it with you. No need to compromise with fixed combos available on some sites.
25) What if I am confused on what to send?
No problem, you can just let us know your budget for the flower arrangement you would like to send and our experienced and talented florists will create something suitable for you in your budget and get it delivered with your emotions.
26) What do I do if I forgot my member password?
Click on login, and on the login screen click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted for your email id. Your login information will be sent on this email id.
27) How long will the flowers last?
Different Flowers have different shelf life but again a lot depend on how care is taken of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature we can not give the Guarantee for life of the flowers.
28) How can I best care for my flowers?
To keep your flowers fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. If possible, re-cut the end of flower stems under water. You may also add a floral preservative to maximize the freshness and life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care your flowers are expected to last for approximately 5 days. |
