FloraPassionIndia.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Limitation of liability

In all circumstances, FloraPassionIndia.com's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold.



Prices are subject to change without notice.

We have very carefully checked the price list to bring to you the savings, but there can be errors and omissions as this contains a very long list of products sold by multiple vendors/sellers.

The price displayed on the website includes MRP, Service Cost, Bank Processing Charges and other commissions.

In case of exchange / return of Gifts, all the cost of courier and other

charges would be borne by the recipient of the Gift.

The user should carefully read the description of gifts, shipping declaration and destination information before placing the order.

Requests for cancellation of orders will not be entertained, unless in some exceptional cases.

During any occasions, the orders are processed by the FIFO principle. Thus, if your order is received late (closer to the occasion date), your order might be delivered on the next working day or later. We do not take any responsibility for such late deliveries.

We are taking orders of perishable items like Flowers, Cakes, etc. for Valentine’s Day only till 12 Noon (India Time) on 13th February. Orders placed thereafter may not be delivered on 14th. If not delivered on 14th, the same shall be delivered on 15th or 16th February. Items which are courier able will require shipping time as mentioned in the product description. We do not guarantee for Midnight delivery of gifts from 11th February to 16th February due to tremendous work pressure.

FloraPasionIndia.com delivery orders can be accepted till 4 pm IST on the date of delivery.

  • FloraPasionIndia.com products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities/Towns.
  • FloraPasionIndia.com delivers 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays).
  • FloraPasionIndia.com does not commit any fixed time for delivery.

1] Our delivery service is active throughout the day. But due to the high volume of orders on Valentine’s Day, fix delivery timing may not be possible.


2] At the time of delivery, if intended recipient is not available at the delivery address, phone switched off/unreachable /not answering, or product not accepted, this will be treated as “delivery executed” and the same product will not be redelivered.


3] Actual product may vary in color, shape and size from the image displayed on website. Images displayed are indicative in nature. Some flowers may not be available at certain places. Flowers are subject to availability; depending on place and time of day.


4] We reserve the right to substitute flowers (including specified color) with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. This also applies to the arrangement of flowers. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.


5] In case a specific chocolate, or chocolate offered as part of a combo, is not available at a particular location, it will be dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, it may take 2-4 working days to deliver them.


6] All type of chocolates from combo as well will be delivered from our ware house. It will get delivered in two to Three working days. Complaints related to products must be made and received within 2 business days from the date of the product being delivered (a proper digital picture of your product needs to be received through email). Request for refund should be made within 1 day of the product being delivered.

 We will not be held liable for any credit card fraud that occurs on the website. Users have to use only their card when they make their payments. The liability of using a fraudulent credit card lies on the user and the responsibility to establish otherwise shall exclusively be the users'.

 FloraPasionIndia.com believes in providing our customer the best quality. To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are always hand delivered.

 In an event the ordered flowers / sweets / chocolates are not available in the selected city / town; they will be replaced with available flowers / sweets / chocolates of equal or higher value.

 Delivery of flowers for long distances might lose its freshness.

 Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address. If requested, the service will invite extra charges (INR 200, or depending on the location and distance of the new address). However, it is at the sole discretion of Flora passion India to decide whether to undertake redelivery or not. Kindly call customer care for a redelivery option 2 days prior the actual delivery date to the original address (a proper redelivery address needs to be received through an email). We will attempt redelivery of the items only once. In case the redelivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible after that.


Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases and customer is not entitled to any refund

  • Recipient not available.
  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Delivery issues due to wrong Phone or Cell or Extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable
  • Recipient refused the product(s).
  • Premises locked.
  • Delivery of product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor due to unavailability of the addressee at the time of delivery.

 The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design, as per the availability.

 If any problem with the flowers or cake complaint should be forwarded with the photographs immediately within 24 hrs

 Images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (including specified color) / products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.

In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Strike or such unforeseen events, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

In some of the cities, delivery charges may be higher.

No change in instructions can be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without providing any reason. This will be regardless of whether the payment has been confirmed / received. Payment for the cancelled orders will be refunded and the user will be informed. Refund can sometimes take up to 31 days to take effect.

We do not carry out same day delivery for order place after 4PM IST.

No claim of whatsoever nature, under any circumstances, will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims, if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery. Refunds can sometimes take up to 31 days to take effect.
